Scaleify is an iOS app development platform that allows users to build iOS applications using Swift code generation, templates, and deployment tools.
3. Subscription Plans
Free Plan

Pro Plan (€20/month)
- Unlimited iOS app projects
- Unlimited prompts
- GitHub integration
- Priority support
Premium Plan (€50/month)
- Everything in Pro
- Prepare for App Store
- Stripe payment integration
- Authentication system
4. Payment Terms
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at €20.00. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at €50.00. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes
- You retain ownership of applications you create using our platform
- You are responsible for ensuring your apps comply with App Store guidelines
6. Intellectual Property
The Scaleify platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Scaleify. You retain rights to the applications you create using our platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Scaleify is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform.
